What You’ll Do

As our Landscape Construction Foreman, you’ll work closely with our Project Manager to oversee all aspects of landscape construction. You’ll manage and mentor a team of 3-4 workers, ensuring high-quality installations of Kelowna’s most exclusive landscapes.

Plan, schedule, and execute landscape construction projects from start to finish.

Lead your team with humility, respect, and positivity.

Promote safety, excellence, and innovation on every site.

Master the art of custom installations, including :

Paving stones, slabs, and flagstone

Water features and drainage systems

Natural stone walls (hand-stacked or machine-built)

Low-voltage lighting and irrigation

Softscapes

Skills & Experience You’ll Bring

Experience : 2+ years of formal training or 5+ years of field experience in landscape construction.

Leadership : Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.

Technical Proficiency : Reading plans, material take-offs, and operating equipment (skid steers, excavators, transit levels, and more).

Qualifications : Valid BC Driver’s License with Heavy Trailer Endorsement, First Aid Certificate.

Personal Qualities :
