Job description

Role : UX Designer

Location : Calgary, AB. Full Time on site

Term : 6 months

Project Description :

Evaluate current state UX design and propose design improvements
Design user-centric patterns for allocated project, following industry UX best practices
Work with Product Owners to define user stories.
Develop personas, scenarios, and user stories.
Develop a UX Guide outlining standards for developers to follow for consistent use across delivery teams.
Incorporate design into visual brand identity for branded project.
Ensures deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
Work with developers to ensure product quality is met.
Facilitates internal communication and effective collaboration.
Guides development teams to higher UX maturity
Excellent communication and writing skills.

Required Experience :

3-5 years’ experience as a UX Designer specializing in product and web design.

Wireframing (Balsamiq), UX Design using Figma, or a similar product

UX Design patterns, stories, personas, user stories
