About the role

We're hiring a Platform Product Manager to contribute to the growth and reliability of Nakisa's core platform services. You'll work on APIs, integrations, event services, and SSO capabilities—enabling scalable, secure enterprise applications.

In this cross-functional role, you'll support the product lifecycle from planning to delivery. Working closely with Engineering, UX, and Customer Success teams, you'll help shape the roadmap, refine technical requirements, and ensure our platform evolves to meet business and customer needs. You'll also play a role in onboarding and implementation, turning customer feedback into actionable improvements.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product – Platform, this role is an ideal step for a technically fluent product manager ready to scale impact and grow into senior leadership.

What you'll be doing

• Support the platform product lifecycle from planning to launch, using OKRs to guide success.
• Help define and update the roadmap for APIs, integrations, observability, and SSO.
• Translate customer feedback and business needs into clear platform requirements.
• Assist in onboarding, implementation, and technical documentation delivery.
• Partner with Engineering on API specs, security models, and integration designs.
• Participate in pre-sales conversations and RFP processes with technical input.
• Track and analyze KPIs like uptime, usage, and satisfaction to inform enhancements.
• Ensure platform compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards.
• Contribute to API versioning, documentation updates, and change management.
• Stay current on platform and integration trends and bring insights to the team.
