Headquartered in Vancouver with an international footprint, this company is scaling rapidly and seeking a strategic, hands-on Director, Human Resources to lead its global people function.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute an HR strategy that aligns with the company’s global growth goals.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a small HR team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
• Strengthen employee engagement and retention through forward-thinking people programs and culture initiatives.
• Ensure HR systems and tools (HRIS, payroll, benefits, time-off management) are optimized for efficiency.
• Guide leadership on compensation planning, development programs, and performance management.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and best practices across multiple jurisdictions.
