Our client in the West Island is currently looking for an executive assistant. The job involves working with general management to coordinate and check the quality of the various tasks required to organize activities. The incumbent will also be responsible for following up on files or mandates under the authority of General Management.

Verifies the general management's administrative and decision-making files prior to presentation to decision-making bodies, and ensures that appropriate corrective action is taken where necessary. Ensures compliance
Performs all other related tasks.
Qualifications
Qualifications and requirements :
Two (2) years' experience in a job that allows familiarization with the nature of the
Fluency in written and spoken French and English (City with bilingual status).
Skills :
Maintain and follow up on deadlines; analyze and synthesize facts; write clear, concise texts; tactful interpersonal relations.
