Sales Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. In this contract position, you'll support sales operations by managing data, coordinating reports, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling and coordination of tasks.
• Process and analyze sales data to generate accurate reports and insights.
• Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and maintain records.
• Assist in pricing strategies and proposals to enhance sales outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
• Manage financial services tools like ADP and Concur for efficient workflow.
• Prepare detailed reports using tools such as Crystal Reports.
• Contribute to the organization and execution of hospitality management functions.
• Maintain office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
• Support the implementation of custom sales initiatives and projects.
• Proven experience in sales support or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and data processing tools.
• Strong knowledge of financial services software such as ADP and Concur.
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Crystal Reports.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality management.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
