Job Description As the successful candidate, you will join our Trail office, where you’ll have the unique opportunity to work on facilities that are over 100 years old, offering a fascinating glimpse into the engineering history of the area. Your responsibilities will include design, drafting, and site inspections for projects involving reinforced concrete, structural steel, timber, and masonry. You’ll prepare general arrangement and detailed drawings, conduct site inspections to document existing and new structures, and produce technical reports.Additionally, you will perform civil and structural assessments, inspections, and field reviews while coordinating team activities to ensure projects meet schedules, budgets, and high-quality standards. Building strong relationships with clients will also be a key part of your role as you collaborate with them throughout the process. Many projects involve working on facilities that can be 100+ years old allowing you to take a deep dive into the engineering history of the area! What We Offer
Annual base salary : $65,000–$80,000, determined by factors such as education and prior work experience.
Paid vacation, sick leave, and the option to bank time.
Long-term hiring, not project-based employment.
