Due to continued growth and progression planning, the firm has created the need for a Human Resources Generalist to join; this is a brand-new role within the organization.Your new roleReporting into the VP HR, you will support the day-to-day HR operations for the entire business. You will support HR administrative duties, relating to all core HR areas : Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Learning and Development and DEI. You will work alongside the VP HR and support the rest of the executives and employees in this role. You will be strong with HR operations from an administrative perspective and be keen on developing your HR career in the longer term as a true Generalist. The organization is currently going through a period of change, and as part of this are rolling out the implementation of a new HRIS system, and you will have the opportunity to support this key project. You will manage internal HRmunications for the business, and work alongside the VP HR to support all areas of the business from a Human Resources perspective. What you’ll need to SucceedTo succeed as the Human Resources Generalist, you will bring 2–4 years of progressive HR experience in an established Human Resources Coordinator and / or Human Resources Generalist capacity. You will havepleted post-secondary education in Human Resources, in the form of a BA, HRM, and / or CHRP. You will be polished, professional and an outgoingmunicator who is excited about getting involved in a business and will be client service focused.
