Bilingual Security Solution Consultant to lead the technical solution design and roadmap development for clients
Full-Time, Permanent Remote (Canada)
The Security – Commercial Business team is dedicated to delivering comprehensive physical security solutions including surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and integrated cloud-based systems. They help clients migrate from legacy systems to the cloud, enabling smarter, more secure buildings and intelligent spaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical solution design and roadmap development for clients
- Support 3–5 Sales Specialty Managers to drive profitable revenue
- Act as a subject matter expert in physical and converged security
- Handle high-volume, complex security solution designs and quotes
- Build internal relationships and execute strategies to grow the portfolio
- Provide thought leadership on digital transformation and innovation
- Stay current on ICT trends (Telecom, Cloud, Security, UC, Hosting)
- Engage with C-suite stakeholders to influence business outcomes
- Conduct regular touchpoints with internal teams to align on offerings
Must-have skills :
5+ years (sales or technical) experience in physical security, including intrusion, access control, CCTV, and cloud securityBilingual in English and French (written and spoken)Understanding of network security and its convergence with physical securityNice to Have skills :
Familiarity with enterprise and mid-market business processesProven experience engaging executive stakeholdersExperience with Building Automation SystemsProfessional sales or technical certifications
