Title: Warehouse Lead Hand

Lead Hand coordinates a team of warehouse operators to ensure timely and accurate picking packing receiving and shipping of products while attending to other aspects of the warehouse operations.

ØPromote a safe work environment through personal actions. Identify and help solve any safety concerns!

ØWorking with CSRs ensuring customers orders are released to the floor and allocated to team members.

ØPrioritizing clients requests for orders to be picked up promptly.

ØAttending to the needs of the warehouse team and coordinating team activities.

ØSchedule and coordinate the work of the warehouse team assigning duties.

ØFill and submit reports as necessary.

ØAuditing orders checking the quality of work assigned to the team.

ØWorking closely with the Warehouse Supervisor on day-to-day reporting/requirements.

ØEnsuring that all Warehouse KPIs are met on a daily/weekly/monthly cycle.

ØCoordinate with the shipper to ensure all shipping procedures are followed and are accurate.

ØCoordinate with the Inventory coordinator in performing inventory cycle counts as requested by customers and solving location issues in the warehouse ensuring inventory accuracy!

ØCoordinate with the Receiver in completing all the receiver activities promptly.

ØAct as Shipper &/or Receiver &/or Inventory coordinator when needed.

ØOther duties as assigned.
