Votre rôle allie opérationnel, support de qualité, et participation à l'amélioration continue des systèmes et projets IT.Vos principales responsabilités :
  • Assurer le support de 1er et 2e niveau : gestion des billets Helpdesk, suivi jusqu'à résolution, respect des SLA.
  • Offrir un service de haut niveau aux utilisateurs exécutifs / VIP.
  • Gérer l'onboarding / offboarding (comptes, accès, équipements).
  • Maintenir et enrichir la base de connaissances (procédures, guides).
  • Administrer, en collaboration avec le directeur TI, les environnements Microsoft 365, Azure / Entra ID, Intune, Proofpoint, Apple Business Manager, Zscaler, réseaux.
  • Surveiller la performance et la sécurité des systèmes, automatiser les tâches récurrentes.
  • Participer aux projets d'amélioration continue et de cybersécurité.
  • Contribuer à la documentation, aux audits et au cycle de vie des environnements.
  • Effectuer des déplacements mensuels (Toronto, New York).Your main responsibilities will include :
  • Providing Tier 1 / 2 IT support : handling Helpdesk tickets, following through to resolution, and meeting SLAs.
  • Delivering high-quality service to executive / VIP users.
  • Managing onboarding / offboarding and IT asset lifecycle.
  • Maintaining and updating the IT knowledge base.
  • Administering, alongside the IT Director, Microsoft 365, Azure / Entra ID, Intune, Proofpoint, Apple Business Manager, Zscaler, and networks.
  • Monitoring system performance / security and automating recurring tasks.
  • Supporting continuous improvement and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Assisting with documentation, audits, and lifecycle management.
  • Travelling monthly to Toronto and New York.Profil recherchéNous recherchons un

  • Diplôme en informatique (ou expérience équivalente + certifications).
  • 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en support / administration systèmes.
  • Solide maîtrise de Microsoft 365, Azure / Entra ID, Intune, Apple Business Manager, Proofpoint, Zscaler.
  • Excellentes compétences en service client, notamment avec des utilisateurs VIP.
  • Bilinguisme français / anglais indispensable.
  • Esprit d'analyse, rigueur, fiabilité et sens des priorités.
  • Disponibilité pour support occasionnel hors heures normales.What we're looking for :
  • Degree in IT or equivalent experience with relevant certifications.
  • 5-7 years in systems administration with strong end-user support experience.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft 365, Azure / Entra ID, Intune, Apple Business Manager, Proofpoint, Zscaler.
  • Strong customer-service mindset, comfortable supporting VIPs.
  • Fully bilingual French / English.
  • Analytical, reliable, detail-oriented, with solid prioritization skills.
  • Availability for occasional after-hours support.________________________________________Conditions / Working Conditions
  • Poste permanent, temps plein basé à Brossard.
  • Salaire compétitif : entre 70 000 $ et 90 000 $, selon expérience.
  • Horaires : travail principalement sur site, télétravail possible le vendredi.
  • Déplacements mensuels requis (Toronto, New York).
