Job Description :

  • Proactively identify new opportunities to support company growth, leveraging your strategic business planning skills.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial deals and close sales while considering the broader solution for the customer, not just individual products.
  • Tailor your communication style to build strong client relationships, enabling you to provide personalized and effective services.
  • Maintain long-term partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent post-sale support.
  • Cross-sell and upsell while delivering value to both the customer and the company.
  • Skills and Experience :

  • Strong digital literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems for data analysis and customer insights.
  • Experience in capital equipment sales (within medical devices or other industries, preferably with a background in consultative selling and handling extended sales cycles)
  • Willingness to travel for business functions as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management and working collaboratively across different teams or functions.
