Job Description :
Proactively identify new opportunities to support company growth, leveraging your strategic business planning skills.Negotiate mutually beneficial deals and close sales while considering the broader solution for the customer, not just individual products.Tailor your communication style to build strong client relationships, enabling you to provide personalized and effective services.Maintain long-term partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent post-sale support.Cross-sell and upsell while delivering value to both the customer and the company.Skills and Experience :
Strong digital literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems for data analysis and customer insights.Experience in capital equipment sales (within medical devices or other industries, preferably with a background in consultative selling and handling extended sales cycles)Willingness to travel for business functions as needed.Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.Proven experience in customer relationship management and working collaboratively across different teams or functions.
