# Junior HR Administration and Payroll Specialist###### Share this job opportunityFor our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Junior HR Administration and Payroll Specialist to join our HR Administration team inside our

  • People & Organization function.
  • By covering this position, you will handle
  • HR administrative tasks
  • such as preparing and following up on employment contracts, amendments, and related documentation. You will maintain
  • accurate employee records
  • , ensure HR data is regularly updated in systems like
  • SAP HR
  • , and manage absence tracking under supervision. You will also respond to
  • first-level employee queries
  • and coordinate
  • medical check-ups.
  • Moreover, your mission will be to support
  • travel and expense processes
  • by reviewing and validating
  • expense claims
  • in line with internal policies, checking supporting documents, and following up on reimbursements when needed. You will manage
  • corporate credit cards
  • , including requests, activation, monitoring, and closure, acting as the
  • point of contact for employees
  • on these topics. Finally, you will assist with
  • payroll preparation
  • by collecting data for new hires, preparing payroll inputs, and supporting related activities under supervision while contributing to
  • ad hoc HR projects
  • as required.You will bring your educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or other related fields with experience
  • in HR administration
  • payroll
  • , and / or
  • expense management.
  • Additionally, you will ensure
  • accuracy

  • timely delivery
  • by managing priorities effectively and maintaining a strong focus on detail. You will operate confidently in a fast-paced environment while respecting
