We are seeking a senior-level Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) / Power Platform Architect to provide broad solution architecture, technical leadership, and hands-on guidance across Dynamics CE and the Power Platform. This role requires strong consulting capabilities, deep technical expertise, and the ability to lead solution delivery from design through stable deployment.

- Deep hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Solid SQ L skills for Dataverse (TDS)

- Power Platform Certs – PL‑ + PL‑ / PL‑.
- Proven software delivery experience in enterprise environments
- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Dynamics CE & Architecture
Provide end-to-end architecture and technical guidance for Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement solutionsTranslate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable CE and Power Platform designsGuide technical decisions aligned with Microsoft best practices and client objectivesDataverse Management
Design and manage Dataverse solutions, components, and environmentsOversee data modeling, solution layering, environment strategy, and ALM practicesEnsure governance, performance, and security standards are metPower Apps Configuration
Configure Power Apps including tables, columns, relationships, views, dashboards, and formsOptimize user experience and application performanceSupport both model-driven and canvas app scenariosPower Automate
Design and implement Power Automate flows ranging from simple workflows to complex enterprise automationsEnsure reliability, error handling, and performance of integrations and automationsSQL & Dataverse (TDS)
Write and optimize simple to complex SQL queries against Dataverse using TDS endpointsSupport reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting needsXRM Toolbox
