Linehaul Coordinator

Overview

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business or related area, preferred.

Experience

Dispatch experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Time management, organizational and multi‑tasking skills necessary to work in a fast‑paced team environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.
• Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with various audiences. Ability to work productively in a team environment and effectively implement operational processes.
• Knowledge of concepts, practices, procedures and transportation regulations used in Linehaul field operations, including DOT regulations.
• Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web‑based applications.

Job Conditions

Schedule : 14 : 00 to 19 : 00 pm. The role may require working different shifts as operational needs demand.

Applicants in Québec must be bilingual (French and English). Candidates for roles requiring driving must possess a valid licence (e.g., Class 5, G or 1[AZ]) and have no more than two infractions / accidents in the preceding 24 months. Candidates will also be evaluated on : 1) annual driving record; 2) interview performance; and 3) results of administered driving assessments.
