Project Manager IT/OT:
On behalf of our Utilities client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager IT/OT for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Project Manager IT/OT - Job Description:
The Project Manager IT/OT will work closely with internal business units to translate functional business needs into IT and OT system requirements. The role involves recommending IT/OT solutions and business process redesigns to maximize efficiencies and align with strategic goals.

Project Manager IT/OT - Responsibilities:
• Develop business cases for new solutions by evaluating current processes and conducting cost-benefit analyses.
• Identify and analyze business needs, gather requirements, and define scope for IT/OT initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders through presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Collaborate with IT Portfolio Management, Security Operations, and Infrastructure teams.
• Support financial planning and management for IT/OT systems within the capital portfolio program.
• Create and maintain documentation and procedures for IT systems and processes.
• Assist with rate applications by preparing documentation and analysis.
• Coordinate and oversee Toronto Hydro’s Records Management Program.

Project Manager IT/OT - Mandatory Skills:
• Post-secondary Degree/Diploma (University or College)
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in IT Project Management, IT Governance, or IT Strategic Planning
• Demonstrated knowledge of identifying effective business solutions
• Experience in a utility or customer service environment
• Proficiency in IT/OT solutions for work management and business processes
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Excellent oral, written, presentation, and facilitation skills
