What youll do

As part of the Southwest Region at Burridge and Shelburne Campuses and Digby Learning Center and reporting to the Manager IT Operations you will :

• Provide Tier 1 & 2 level IT support via phone live chat e-mail and in-person focusing on our core mission of teaching and learning.
• Provide remote technical support to all our campuses learning centers and community members across the province.
• Manage your day-to-day activities using the Colleges ITSM tool to ensure the accurate and timely management of requests and incidents.
• Provide first-and second-level technical support and analyze potential solutions and risks on our campuses community centers and within the communities we serve and operate in.
• Provide primary technical support (including setup maintenance troubleshooting repair and technology training) to our staff students partners and guests in modern teaching spaces and meeting rooms.
• Your shift may include evening and weekend work and travel to campuses and learning centers across the province.

Planning testing and troubleshooting stand-alone and networked (wired and wireless) computer systems.
