HireArt is helping our client find an experienced and dependable Office Manager to take ownership of the front-of-house experience and ensure their Sunnyvale campus is welcoming, efficient, and aligned with company needs.
In this role, you’ll oversee key workplace programs, including food and snack services, in-office events, space planning, office aesthetics, and visitor experience. You’ll also manage vendor relationships, from plant care and reception to security, ensuring high-quality service, cost efficiency, and accountability.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in facilities and event management, thrives in dynamic environments, and enjoys creating thoughtful, functional workplace experiences.
As Office Manager, you will :
- Lead daily office operations to ensure a seamless, professional, and welcoming environment.
- Manage food, snack, and event programs that enhance employee experience.
- Coordinate space planning, seating assignments, and office layout updates.
- Oversee vendors for cleaning, maintenance, reception, and security services.
- Support light maintenance tasks, supply inventory, and general workspace organization.
- Partner with IT, engineering, and business teams to solve operational challenges and improve office systems.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and efficiency across sites.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or event planningHands-on operational skills, including the ability to handle light maintenance and lift up to 20 lbsStrong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and pride in maintaining high-quality, organized spacesProven vendor management experience, including sourcing, onboarding, and holding service providers accountable to budgets and timelinesExcellent multitasking and prioritization skills, with calm, solution-focused execution under pressureStrong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordinationProcess-driven and systems-oriented, with experience developing scalable workflows and templatesResourceful and cost-conscious, with a practical approach to problem-solving and optimizing operationsBenefits :
