Estimating Clerk

A Canadian company, a leader in the aluminum balcony products sector (railings, stringers, stair treads, columns), is currently seeking an Assistant for Bids and Estimations

The position is located in their offices in Anjou, in the east end of Montreal, offering a dynamic opportunity within a well-established company in the industry.

Location : Located in the East End of Montreal, in Anjou

Salary : $25–$30 per hour, based on experience

Office hours : Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities

Assist and collaborate with estimators on their submissions

Prepare various documents

Respond to emails

Provide support to different departments

Enter data and input orders into the system

Follow up with suppliers

Perform other related tasks as required

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
• Good communication skills
• Versatile, team-oriented, and dynamic
• Autonomous
• Fluent in French and a good level of English
