Our client, a renowned law firm in the insurance field is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to work with two senior partners.

YOUR ROLE:
As a Legal Assistant in litigation, insurance law, your tasks will include:
Prepare litigation procedures in the field of insurance law;
Manage contentious delays, as needed;
Manage the agenda and phone calls of lawyers;
Be the resource person for the preparation and revision of the various documents;
Keep records up to date and in accordance with legal procedures;
Manage the opening, tracking and filing of files.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Legal Assistant diploma (DVS) or Office Technology diploma (DCS) with legal specialization;
Experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant;
French fluency: spoken, written and read;
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
Organizational capacity and good interpersonal skills;
Team spirit and good management of priorities.
