Job description
A human resources firm based in Montreal is in search of a knowledgeable Sr LOA & Benefits Administrator. The ideal candidate will manage employee benefits programs and handle leave of absence processes, ensuring compliance with Canadian federal and provincial laws. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. This position offers a competitive hourly pay range between CAD $38.47 and CAD $48.08. Work model is remote.
