P&H Milling

P&H is the largest Canadian-owned milling company. The P&H Milling Group sources wheat from Western Canada, Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada to produce quality flour and cereal products. The lineup includes hard red spring wheat flour for breads and other bakery products, soft winter wheat flour for cakes and cookies, as well as semolina flour for pasta, organic flour, and atta flour for chappati. In our specialty milling operation in Saskatoon, we also mill pea fractions.

From its mills in Halifax, Nova Scotia; Acton, Hanover, Hamilton, and Cambridge, Ontario; Saskatoon, Saskatchewan; and Lethbridge, Alberta, the P&H Milling Group supplies flour to customers throughout Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Iceland, and Pacific Rim countries.

Wage and Benefits

Wage: $31.83/hr. (Overtime after 8 hours)

Day to Day

• Operate on an irregular, open‑board schedule with changing start times, routes, and shift lengths based on operational requirements.
• Complete deliveries of bulk flour to customers across Ontario and cross‑border transport into Michigan.
• Strictly follow all safety procedures and company policies, including equipment checks and regulatory compliance.
• Load and unload bulk flour when required, following safe handling procedures.
• Work overnight shifts as needed, depending on customer demand and dispatch requirements.
• Perform other related duties to support efficient and safe operations.

Required Qualifications

• Possession of an Ontario Class AZ license, along with a clear driver's abstract and medical in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience is required, or a truck driving school graduate with 3 years of experience.
• Currently in possession of a valid Free and Secure Trade Card
• Able to safely lift and carry up to 50lbs.
• This role requires flexibility as it involves irregular work shifts based on operational needs. This position will include working early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, as well as weekends and holidays, depending on business demands.
