Schedule

Monday to Friday, from 7 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m.

Main Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Coordination : Supervise, coach, and support CNC operators, ensure priorities, processes, and quality standards are understood; coordinate daily workflow and monitor progress to meet production deadlines; act as the main point of contact to resolve technical or operational issues in real time; foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Production and Quality : Maintain strong knowledge of Mazak machines and Mazatrol language; properly use measuring instruments; setup and calibrate tools; adhere to company quality standards; follow safety guidelines; perform preventive maintenance and minor machine repairs.

Qualifications and Skills : Interpret technical drawings and specifications; apply CNC programming and machining processes; ensure high-quality parts and efficient production.

Skills and Abilities

• Proven leadership, with supervision or training experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Advanced analytical ability and solid problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes.
• Good communication in French (an intermediate level of English is required).
• Manual dexterity and strong mechanical aptitude.

Experience and Education

Proficiency in English is required for this role as approximately 20% of the responsibilities involve regular communication with stakeholders based in the United States and Europe.
