Calling all Commercial TSRs – We’re looking for you!

Our client, a well-established brokerage located in Concord, is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Technical Service Representative (TSR) to join their growing team. If you are a dedicated insurance professional with strong commercial lines experience and a passion for delivering exceptional client service, this could be the perfect fit for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide full support in maintaining and servicing contracted commercial clientele.

• Proactively recommend coverage options, products, and claims solutions tailored to client needs.

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients and insurance providers.

• Investigate and resolve client concerns independently while maintaining strong relationships.

• Represent both the client and the brokerage clearly and effectively to underwriters.

• Ensure smooth workflows and accuracy in documentation using EPIC.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RIBO License – a must.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial lines.

• College or university diploma.

• Bonus: Knowledge of the construction sector is highly valued.

• Industry designation (completed or in progress).

• Proficiency with EPIC.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
