Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact clients regarding missed payments and provide appropriate solutions to maintain coverage
• Manage payment recovery processes in accordance with company guidelines
• Address policy updates, coverage changes, cancellations, refunds, and general service inquiries
• Respond to cancellation requests by understanding concerns, reinforcing policy value, and identifying retention opportunities
• Deliver clear, accurate information while maintaining professionalism and empathy
• Resolve client concerns and escalate complex matters as required
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of all client interactions
• Meet individual performance targets and contribute to team revenue goals
• Monitor trends related to cancellations and payment issues and provide feedback for process improvement
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and quality reviews to enhance service delivery

Qualifications:

• – years of experience in a call centre environment (service, sales, retention, or collections)
• LLQP certification
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and foster client trust
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or other client-facing industries preferred
• Comfortable explaining financial matters and policy details clearly and confidently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient with CRM systems and client management tools
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a performance-driven environment
