The Opportunity

As a cornerstone of the sales department, you will ensure the administrative fluidity of the quoting process, guaranteeing that every project is handled with the rigor and precision that define our reputation.

Salary: $55k to $60k
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent
Flexible Schedule: Start and end times are flexible between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Hybrid Work: Remote work is available 2 days per week following an initial 2-month integration period (100% on-site).

Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
Documentation Management: Gather and organize technical documents required for bid preparation.
Data Entry & Tracking: Enter data into internal systems and ensure rigorous follow-up of all active files.
Sales Support: Collaborate closely with technical representatives to finalize proposals sent to clients.
Administrative Coordination: Act as the primary administrative point of contact between departments to ensure all submission deadlines are met.
Communications: Manage the shared quoting inbox and handle incoming phone calls related to bid requests.
Project Initialization: Create and/or update each project within the ERP systems and on internal servers.
Pre-Analysis: Review plans to identify specific equipment that the company could potentially bid on.
Information Distribution: Transmit processed information and leads to the appropriate sales representative.
Technical Flow: Coordinate the reception and transmission of technical documents for ongoing projects.
Bidding List Management: Perform continuous updates of closing dates and maintain the accuracy of the master bidding list.
Post-Bid Follow-up: Conduct follow-ups to identify the lowest bidder and track project status.
Professional Development: Attend training sessions at the local office and at manufacturing plants as part of our continuous learning program.
