Production Planner / Scheduler

Responsibilities

Responsibilities : include planning, preparing, and maintaining production schedules, establishing sequence and lead time to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders. This role requires working within the company’s goals and objectives of quality, cost, and delivery, ensuring the availability of raw materials, coordinating shipments, and maintaining inventory levels.

• Effective management of shop floor production schedules.
• Capacity planning.
• Advise availability dates in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Ensure raw materials are available to support production schedules.
• Coordinate shipments with the Logistics Department.
• Provide plant floor documentation and communication as required.
• Ensure conformance with the production planning requirements of ISO 9001 and Polycorp's QMS.
