Manager, Technical Program IT Security

Reporting to the VP, CISO, the IT Security Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for driving the strategy, coordination, and execution of security-related programs and initiatives across the organization. In this role you will ensure that security objectives are effectively integrated into business operations, technology development, and compliance frameworks to protect company assets, data, and systems from evolving threats.

• Support the day-to-day management & execution of programs, projects and / or services. (e.g. Governance, Risk, Compliance, Vulnerability and Identity Management solutions, Incident Response Preparedness, Tabletop Exercises, Penetration Testing and Security Awareness Delivery.

You’ll support initiative execution from start to finish – working with delivery partners to plan and document requirements, manage program schedules, resources & budgets, identify and manage program risks, and outline delivery strategies using Agile methodologies where applicable.

The typical hiring range for this position is $115,000 - $140,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
