As a Bilingual Mental Health Therapist, you will :

 Conduct individual and group assessments and provide intervention services to adult clients

 Collaborate with clients to develop personalized intervention plans tailored to their needs

 Participate in case discussions and service planning alongside internal teams and external partners

 Contribute to the design and implementation of new programs by conducting needs assessments

 Develop and lead awareness, prevention, and intervention workshops and groups for adults and seniors  Plan and organize activities to raise awareness of mental health issues within the adult and senior communities

 Review files, complete paperwork, and follow up with patients

 Develop procedures to improve workflow and compliance

 Perform other related duties as required What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you will have :

 Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)

 A BA or MA in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field

 5+ years of experience working with diverse patient groups

 Active registration as a Social Worker (OCSWSSW) or Psychotherapist (CRPT)
