Position : French Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location : Mississauga

Quantum Management Services is looking for French Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our client in the manufacturing and distribution industry. This is a permanent full-time role in Mississauga.

Responsibilities involve :

  • Receive and respond via phone, live chat and email, everyday acting as the first point of contact for customers regarding various company products.
  • Respond to escalated consumer inquiries via phone, internet, email, written letters, chat, social media, and warranties.
  • Process order with high accuracy and speed according to internal and external customer request.
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding orders.
  • Communicate effectively with customers throughout the order process and related activities, ensuring that customers are kept informed of order status and ship dates.
  • Maintain a professional level in all customer and sales personnel contacts.
  • Manage full suite of order processing duties.
  • Continuous improvement / optimization of order fulfillment process, analyze metrics to provide insight and recommendations to improve organizations profitability and margin.

Our client is looking for :

  • Must have customer service / order entry experience.
  • Full cycle order entry to include warranties, returns and claims.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally / written in French.
  • Must be able to go onsite in Mississauga.
  • Strong computer skills MS Office, etc. and access to a strong internet connection / computer.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships, be flexible and problem-solving skills.
