Expeditor - Hydroelectric Projects

Job Description

Overview

Ensure follow-up on deliverables, supplies, and commitments from various stakeholders in hydroelectric projects to guarantee compliance with schedules and effective coordination between teams.

Your Role

Follow up with suppliers, subcontractors, and partners to ensure delivery of equipment (turbines, generators, valves, etc.) within agreed timelines.

Monitor technical and administrative requests related to hydroelectric projects (plans, certifications, tests, etc.).

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to identify critical points requiring follow-up.

Update tracking tools (Excel spreadsheets, project management software, ERP) and produce progress reports.

Participate in coordination meetings and report on ongoing follow-ups.

Identify risks of delays and propose corrective measures.

About You

Knowledge of the hydroelectric sector (power plants, dams, electromechanical equipment).

Excellent communication and diplomacy skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in follow-up.

Proficiency with office tools and project management software.

Ability to read and understand technical documents.

Degree in administration, logistics, engineering, or a related field.

Relevant experience in follow-up or coordination in industrial or hydroelectric projects (5 to 10 years).
