Job description

Responsibilities :

Maintaining a co-operative, motivated and successful project team
Developing, planning, defining and executing capital investment projects
Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, to budget and required quality standards
Ensuring that projects are effectively resourced
Managing relationships with a wide range of groups, including plant Engineers / Operators, Maintenance / Safety groups
Managing the work of in-house CapEx Engineering teams and external Engineering consultants, allocating and utilising resources
Ensure project schedules are developed and maintained throughout all project stages,implement corrective measures as required

Requirements :

Professional Engineer designation - preferred

Familiarity with multi-discipline project scopes, ie.- process / piping design, mechanical / civil & structural / electrical / instrument & controls Engineering

NOTE : having expertise within at least one Engineering discipline is an asset

5+ years Petrochem experience preferred
