Mécano-Cam is proud to be expanding its team and is currently seeking two accredited SAAQ Heavy Vehicle Inspectors for its garage located in Saint-Jérôme.

Work Location

150 Roland-Godard, Saint-Jérôme, QC

Schedule

• Full-time, permanent position
• Day shift: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Monday to Friday
• 40 hours per week

Salary

• Starting at $33.00 / hour, based on experience
• Weekly pay

Responsibilities

• Perform SAAQ mechanical inspections on heavy vehicles
• Verify vehicle compliance with current regulations
• Complete reports and documentation required by the SAAQ
• Identify required repairs to ensure compliance
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

• Valid SAAQ accreditation – Heavy Vehicles (mandatory)
• Experience in heavy vehicle mechanics
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently, reliability, and professionalism
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
• French required
