AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Traffic Control Supervisor to join our Surrey Langley Skytrain project team, reporting to the Traffic Manager, with responsibilities on implementing and maintaining traffic control plans, monitoring traffic operation in construction zones, and supervising and managing all Traffic Control Persons on the Traffic Site.

Your role

• Implementing and maintaining traffic control plans
• Observing and monitoring traffic operation in construction zones
• Supervising and managing all Traffic Control Persons on the Traffic Site
• Available on site when active construction is underway and can be available on site within 60 minutes when active construction is not underway
• Recording and providing Daily Traffic Control Reports to the Province's Representative by 10 : 00 am for the previous day and completing and providing Incident Reports to the Province's Representative within 24 hours of each incident
• Responding to inquiries and liaising with the Province's Representative as required
• Dispatching traffic control staff and procuring traffic equipment for daily work activities
