Job Title: Project Manager / Business Analyst – Custom GPT Development
Location: (Remote) Candidate must be located in Canada.
What's the Job?
- Lead the full project lifecycle for AI and automation projects, applying Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
- Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and process mapping to capture stakeholder needs for custom GPT solutions.
- Develop and execute testing strategies, including test plans, scenarios, and UAT, ensuring quality and acceptance criteria are met.
- Engage with stakeholders across technical and business teams to facilitate communication, manage expectations, and support change management activities.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Experience in managing AI or automation projects, including process evaluation and chatbot deployment.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process documentation.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and reporting tools like Power BI.
