Adecco is currently hiring a full-time results-driven Store Manager (retail / Gas Bar) to lead daily operations at a gas retail bar. You'll oversee sales, safety, staff, and customer service, while driving profitability and operational excellence. Responsibilities :
Contribute to a positive customer experience, ensuring products and service provided aligns with the expectations of external and internal customers.Managing on-site operations, including work schedules and resource allocation, supervision of employees.Maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns.Order fuel, merchandise, and supplies, monitor stock levels, and minimize waste.Adhere to all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.Address customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.Monitor sales, track expenses, prepare financial reports, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.Ensure the gas station and retail store are clean, well-maintained, and presentable.Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve skills and productivity.Qualifications :
3-5+ years of experience in operations or retail management (fuel, convenience, or similar industry is an asset).Strong leadership, communication, and team-development capabilities.Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, achieve targets, and elevate site performance.Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial data.Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively.Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other computer software.A valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicleAbility to pass a clear criminal background check.Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in CanadaAre you interested in this position?
