Courseware Developer

About the Role

• Design develop and deliver engaging learning experiences tailored for adult learners using instructional design best practices
• Create SCORM-compliant eLearning modules using Adobe Captivate (or similar tools)
• Manage training content course assignments and reporting through the Workday Learning LMS (or comparable systems)
• Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives by aligning training to job classifications (JCC codes) and operational needs
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions workshops and learning events
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training gaps and translate business needs into effective learning programs
• Build job aids manuals and supporting materials using Microsoft PowerPoint Word and Excel
• Maintain and organize training content using SharePoint Online (news posts libraries and learning hubs)
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness and make data-informed recommendations for improvement
• Assist in the development of scalable communication plans and learner engagement strategies
