Job description

Learn the solar installation trade while earning your electrical license. Hands-on training with experienced professionals.

Assist senior technicians with solar panel installations
Learn electrical wiring and connection techniques
Help with mounting system assembly and panel placement
Maintain clean and safe work areas
Attend required training and certification courses
Document work completed and materials used
Follow safety protocols at all times
Progress through apprenticeship milestones

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Interest in electrical work and renewable energy

Willingness to learn and take direction

Comfortable working outdoors and at heights

Basic math and reading comprehension skills

Valid driver's license preferred

Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Tuition assistance for electrical certification
