Job description
Principales responsabilités:
- Il fait l'inspection de la machine au début de chaque quart.
- À l'aide des feuilles de coupe, il vérifie si la sélection des pièces par l'homme de cour est bonne afin de minimiser les pertes possibles.
- À l'aide du convoyeur de transfert, du pont roulant ou autre, il met la pièce sur les rouleaux de la machine.
- Il vérifie les codes à barres du bordereau de coupe de ce profilé.
- Il s'assure que les dimensions et la classe de la pièce sont exactes.
- Il rapporte les non-conformités à l'homme de cour.
- Il retranscrit les numéros de chaque pièce sur celle-ci
- Il déplace les pièces à l'étape de production suivante ou il les retourne à la cour.
- Il fait les enregistrements de l'étiquette d'inventaire et du bordereau de coupe pour chaque pièce débitée et il inscrit toutes les informations nécessaires pour retracer les pièces sur le bordereau de coupe.
- Il vérifie constamment le bon fonctionnement de la machine qu'il opère.
Savoir être:
- Faire preuve de précision et minutie.
- Détenir une bonne autonomie.
- Démonter de l'initiative.
Savoir faire:
- Détenir un diplôme d'études professionnelles en machinage sur commande numérique.
- Être en mesure de comprendre le livre des profilés.
- Connaître du système impérial et métrique.
- Détenir des bases de connaissances en informatique.
- Maîtriser la lecture de plans (atout).
