We are hiring and training Driving CEO's to guide & drive epic Canadian road trips. You will learn how to deliver an experience that encompasses camping in our national parks, exploring cities big and small, and most importantly, bonding with a group of young people from around the world.

This opportunity requires hard work and commitment, but has great rewards. Your passengers lives will be changed, and you will grow as a person and a leader.

YOU :

Are a safe driver, capable of driving long distances, taking responsibility for your group's safe travel, including checking tires, and fluids.

Are required to have a valid category 4 drivers license- Allowing you to drive up to 15 passengers

Are responsible, driven, team player, who loves travel and interacting with people from around the globe.

Are a proven leader who is comfortable managing group dynamics, different personalities, and cultures.

Have the ability to communicate effectively in a wide range of contexts.

Are cool, calm & collected under pressure. Can professionally and proactively solve problems like changing tires, handling injuries, managing a budget, and anything else that is thrown at you.

Are customer service oriented, putting your passengers first, and always with a smile : )

Have awareness of and commitment to Sustainable Tourism : Our CEOs need to be committed to environmentally and culturally responsible tourism, and be an inspiring example to the travelers.

Have an infectious love of Canada and the great outdoors.

Love working in a team and are willing to share in G’s amazing culture!

All applicants must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driving license, clean driving record, and be eligible to work in Canada.

Required - Class 4 drivers license for AB and BC.
