Job description

Are you a hard-working and trustworthy home cleaner looking for a new opportunity at a fast-growing company? You might be a great fit to join our team. We need an efficient and detail-oriented house cleaner to clean a variety of surfaces and areas in our clients’ residence. The responsibilities include visiting our client’s homes to scrub, wash, mop, vacuum, and more. The ideal candidate has excellent time-management and interpersonal skills, is physically capable of performing light and deep cleaning duties, and understands how to use cleaning products and equipment to get the job done right. Compensation :

17 - $21 hourly with bonus opportunity

Responsibilities :

Check cleaning specifications for each client
Travel to residences to perform a variety of home cleaning duties in a timely and professional manner
Brush, vacuum, and sweep rugs, carpets, floors, and upholstery
Wipe all surfaces and blinds
Wax floors and polish furniture
In person team meetings once per week
Be a team player, working solo AND with a crew

Qualifications :

We require the ability to lift 20 or more pounds, standing and bending for extended periods of time, and strenuous labor regularly

Hard worker with strong time management and interpersonal skills

Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification

Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products

1+ year experience as house cleaner preferred, but not required
