Supply Chain Intern

As the Supply Chain Intern you will be responsible for :

• Analyzing backlog reports and initiate proactive communication with vendors to expedite product procurement
• Maintaining and monitoring expedite emails daily; provide responses and updates within 24 / 48hrs
• Execution of planning processes such as stocking strategies for materials
• Entry confirmation and management of purchase orders
• Inventory management and flow for assigned material including stock levels and Total Coverage Time
• Managing production schedules to meet customer requirements and best utilize available capacity; work with production / manufacturing team to align manpower requirements
• Entry confirmation and management of sales orders including forecast alignment
• Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives
