The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead key digital and technology initiatives with our public sector clients. You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and ensure delivery aligns with expectations, budget, and timelines.

You will work as part of an agile, collaborative team that believes in communication, quality, and knowledge sharing—bringing structure, clarity, and calm to challenging and high-stakes engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver IM/IT projects from initiation through implementation
• Develop project charters, work breakdown structures, schedules, and budgets
• Build and lead cross-functional teams in high-visibility environments
• Manage risk, monitor progress, and report on project performance
• Develop and implement stakeholder communication strategies
• Support organizational change management planning and execution
• DMaintain comprehensive documentation and governance reporting
• Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Qualifications and Experience

Required:

• Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Project Manager
• At least 10 years of experience in IM/IT environments
• University degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Project or similar tools
• Familiarity with PMI-aligned methodologies

Preferred:

• PMP certification (or equivalent)
• Experience working with public sector or healthcare organizations
• Fluency in French
• Experience in agile and hybrid project environments
• Willingness to travel if required
