Job Description - HSE Advisor (SAS002A)Management Level : Individual Contributor :

Qualifications :

• Must have post-secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety- Diploma
• National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certificate is required
• Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) is considered an asset
• 5+ years of Industrial Construction Site Safety Experience
• Expert knowledge and skills in order to generate and promote a positive health and safety culture
• A proven track record of excellence in safety and job completion
• Proven competency in the operation of key office software and productivity tools such as : MS Office suite of tools
• Interpersonal skills – establish direct working relationships and rapport with all levels within the organization,
• Communication skills – demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service, including developing and improving customer relationships internally and externally
• Attention to detail and a focus on producing a quality product in a timely manner
• Ability to appropriately handle highly confidential information and situations
• Ensure all safety legislation is adhered to and policies and practices are adopted
