PACT (Pearson Accelerator Construction Team) is a General Partnership of Alberici, Amico, Kenaidan, and Obayashi, supported by design partners Egis, Mott MacDonald, and Weston Williamson + Partners. Together, we are delivering Accelerator, a major program of Pearson LIFT (Long-term Investment in Facilities and Terminals), Toronto Pearson's infrastructure development plan. This multi-year program is designed to address immediate passenger growth demands while preparing Canadas largest airport for the future of air travelincluding critical upgrades to airfield and infrastructure, greenhouse gas reduction initiatives, modernization of Terminals 1 and 3, and the creation of a world-class passenger experience.

Testing & Commissioning Manager

The Testing & Commissioning Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and delivering all testing and commissioning activities across the Accelerator Program. This role ensures that complex systems and assets are tested, commissioned, integrated, and handed over in full compliance with contractual, regulatory, safety, and operational requirements, while supporting phased delivery and live operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Program-wide Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Strategy, including sequencing, system readiness milestones, and handover requirements.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain Testing & Commissioning Plans, procedures, protocols, and schedules across all Accelerator Sub-Programs.
• Lead and coordinate testing and commissioning activities for complex systems, including but not limited to :

Electrical systems (MV / LV, substations, FECs, ALCMS)

Working Conditions

The position will be based at Toronto Pearson International Airport, with full-time onsite presence required. This position is 5 days per week with core hours of work between approximately 8 : 00am5 : 00pm with 1 hour lunch or as agreed upon with your manager. All employees must complete a RAIC and Criminal background check.
