Back Counter Parts Person

Our busy RV dealership has an outstanding opportunity for a result-focused and highly driven person for our back parts counter. The right candidate will assist technicians by ensuring they have the necessary parts and supplies required along with coordinating deliveries and part pickups.

Job Responsibilities

• Writing up orders for the Service shop.
• Sourcing, ordering and maintaining stocking levels of common replacement parts.
• Comparing vendor pricing to ensure best cost and availability.
• Billing out parts and freight to appropriate job lines.
• Quoting pricing with the correct markup.
• Conducting inventory counts yearly as well as monthly cycle counts.
• Assist in maintenance of bins and equipment.
• Keep all bins, aisles, and storage areas clean and clearly labeled.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Any other duties as required by the Parts Manager.
