- Hourly salary of $24.34.
- 12-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
- Full-time position : 37.50 hours per week.
- Rotational Schedule; Monday to Friday : 7 : 00 am 11 : 00 pm.
- Rotational Schedule; Saturday and Sunday : 8 : 00 am 8 : 00 pm.
- Training Schedule; Monday to Friday : 8 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm.
- Hybrid work : 3 office days, from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities :
- Manage customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Provide support via phone, email, and potential follow-up services.
- Utilize and navigate various administrative systems efficiently.
- Stay updated on client products, services, and policies.
What you will need to succeed :
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a contact center, retail, or service industry.
- Call center experience, preferably within a financial institution or bank.
- Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written) to support clients in both languages.
- Strong technical capabilities and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- A solution-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new information quickly.
- Reliable and accountable for meeting performance targets.
- Operations run 365 days per year. Flexibility is required to accommodate changing customer demand.
