Bilingual Customer Service Agents (Banking)

What is in it for you :

  • Hourly salary of $24.34.
  • 12-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
  • Full-time position : 37.50 hours per week.
  • Rotational Schedule; Monday to Friday : 7 : 00 am 11 : 00 pm.
  • Rotational Schedule; Saturday and Sunday : 8 : 00 am 8 : 00 pm.
  • Training Schedule; Monday to Friday : 8 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm.
  • Hybrid work : 3 office days, from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Provide support via phone, email, and potential follow-up services.
  • Utilize and navigate various administrative systems efficiently.
  • Stay updated on client products, services, and policies.

What you will need to succeed :

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a contact center, retail, or service industry.
  • Call center experience, preferably within a financial institution or bank.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written) to support clients in both languages.
  • Strong technical capabilities and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • A solution-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new information quickly.
  • Reliable and accountable for meeting performance targets.
  • Operations run 365 days per year. Flexibility is required to accommodate changing customer demand.
