Are you organized motivated and looking for a part-time opportunity to support the education community Prep Academy Tutors of Calgary is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to help with the daily operations of our tutoring business.

Job Details

Location: Remote (Work from Home) - some in person support needed at home office each week then the bulk of the work can be done remotely

Pay: $20 per hour

Hours: Part-time starting at 10 hours per week and potential to increase approximately 20 hours per week over time

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming communications and inquiries via phone and email

- Assist with the organization of schedules and tutoring sessions

- Support back-end operations essential for running the business

- Handle various administrative tasks as needed

- Recruiting

Requirements:

- Must have a reliable computer and cell phone

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Prior experience in an administrative role is a bonus

- Must live in Calgary
