Maintain strong business relationships while ensuring payment timelines are respected

Propose tailored payment arrangements based on each client's situation

Respond to client questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies or account issues

PROFILE SOUGHT : Minimum of one year of experience in collections or B2B customer service

Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone

Functional bilingualism in French and English (sufficient for B2B communication)

Creative thinker who can adapt and propose practical solutions
