Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on influencer people leader who loves building, improving, and leading from the factory floor. You’ll take ideas from concept to installation—driving engineering projects, optimizing equipment, and helping shape the future of our manufacturing operations across North America.

If you’re someone who thrives in leading a team of 7 specialists, including engineers, from both the office and on-site, enjoys solving problems in real time, and gets energized by turning innovation into action, this role is for you.
